Delcam will demonstrate the latest version of its FeatureCAM feature-based CAM software at the Advanced Manufacturing Show. The new release incorporates a number of new stock model options that allow users to increase productivity, improve surface finish and reduce tool wear.

The new Equator 300 Extended Height system adds greater flexibility for larger fixtures, larger parts and automated loading.

Renishaw, the global metrology specialists, are collaborating with TEAM Engineering and WEAF (West of England Aerospace Forum), to hold a Manufacturing Excellence Event, which will be held at Renishaw’s New Mills headquarters in Gloucestershire on 10 April 2013. The event, which is targeted at companies involved with aerospace design and manufacture, will include representatives from Rolls-Royce, Renishaw and Siemens.
